What are your shipping fees?
For orders over £500 within most parts of the UK, shipping is FREE. For orders under £500, large items incur a shipping fee of £19.95, while smaller items are charged £5.99.
When can I expect my delivery?
Orders placed before 12 pm are dispatched the same day. Large items are typically delivered the next working day by Parcel Force, DHL, or UPS. Delivery times may vary, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email for your consignment. Additionally, you will receive a text or email notification when your delivery is ready to be dispatched, along with an estimated delivery time.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within 48 hours?

What about international shipping?

Returns & Refunds
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, except for faulty products.
Will I receive a refund for my returned item?
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will issue a refund. Please note that we can only refund the cost of the product and cannot cover delivery charges.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, we will attempt a second delivery the next working day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued, minus the delivery cost.
Do cancelled pre-orders incur any fees?
For cancelled pre-orders, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order will be applied to all refunds. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for more details.
What is covered under the manufacturer's guarantee?
All our products come with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or damage not related to the manufacturing process. Trade purchases and products used full-time are not covered by the 12-month manufacturer's guarantee.
