Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £500 to most parts of the UK. For orders under £500, large items will incur a shipping fee of £19.95, and smaller items will be charged £5.99. Parcel Force, DHL, or UPS will aim to deliver large items the next working day, though these times may vary.

Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day. Regular deliveries are made Monday to Friday at 3 pm, excluding bank holidays. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by our couriers.

You will receive a tracking number via email for your consignment. Additionally, you will get a text or email notification when your delivery is ready to be dispatched and an estimated delivery time.

If you have not received your order within 48 hours, please contact us.

Worldwide Shipping
For large orders outside of the UK, please contact us for updated shipping prices. Deliveries to the USA and Europe are estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days, with some exceptions taking up to 5 business days. Deliveries to the rest of the world are estimated to arrive within 7-14 business days. Delivery times may vary, and these are estimates. The seller cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Customers are responsible for understanding and accounting for any associated fees before making a purchase. For international orders returned after 14 days due to unpaid customs or duties, the customer will be responsible for covering the redelivery costs.

Import Duty & Tax
We do not charge UK VAT. You will be responsible for paying the applicable taxes, duties, and any administrative fees upon entry into your country. Please ensure you fully understand these requirements before making a purchase.

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and manage these charges to ensure the safe arrival of their order. Once the item leaves the UK, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure it reaches its destination safely.
