Refund policy

At Highlander Stoves, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, except for faulty products. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, are wet or dirty, or do not meet our resale standards.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection, we will issue a refund. Please note that we can only refund the cost of the product and cannot cover delivery charges.

Missed Delivery
If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, we will attempt a second delivery the next working day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and a refund will be issued, minus the delivery cost.

Cancelled Pre-Orders
For cancelled pre-orders, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order will be applied to all refunds. For more details, please visit our Terms and Conditions page.

Returning Items
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products arrive in good condition. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the return shipment in case of loss or damage during transit. Manufacturer's Guarantee
All of our products come with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or damage not related to the manufacturing process, including damage from high winds. Trade purchases and products used full-time are not covered by the 12-month manufacturer's guarantee.
